These Terms of Service govern your use of shahya.com (or our deployed domain) and purchases from Shahya. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products

We sell artificial (fashion) jewellery. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour, finish, or stone shade may occur. We describe materials honestly on each product page.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shahya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jind, Haryana, unless consumer protection law grants you rights in your place of residence.
