Cancellation Policy
When and how you can cancel an order before or after purchase.

1. Cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order ID via contact or WhatsApp.
If the order is already packed or handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible — you may instead request a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.
2. Cancellation by Shahya
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- Payment could not be verified or was fraudulent
- Pricing or product information was displayed in error
- We cannot deliver to your pin code
In such cases you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Refund timeline
Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear.
4. Partial cancellations
If you ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only some, contact us before dispatch. Partial cancellations are handled case by case based on packing status.
5. How to request cancellation
Include in your message:
- Order ID (from confirmation email)
- Email or phone used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
