Shipping Policy
How we pack, ship, and deliver your jewellery orders within India.

1. Shipping areas
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above (after discounts, before payment fees if any).
- Flat rate ₹79 on orders below ₹999.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Processing time
Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). During peak sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
4. Estimated delivery
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote or north-east areas: up to 10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, courier backlog, or local restrictions.
5. Order tracking
Once shipped, you will receive updates by email and WhatsApp (if opted in). Track your order anytime on our track order page using your order ID and email.
6. Packaging
Every piece is quality-checked and packed in protective jewellery boxes or pouches, then sealed for transit. Gift-ready packaging is included where shown on the product page.
7. Delivery attempts and address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus original shipping cost.
8. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for resolution options.
