Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn't right, here's how we help.

1. Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags, box, and packaging intact.
2. Eligible returns
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product (report within 48 hours with photos)
- Significant difference from product description or images
- Size or fit issues (where applicable and unworn)
3. Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing packaging
- Customised or personalised pieces
- Items returned after the 7-day window
4. How to request a return
- Email us at contact@shahya.com or use the contact form with your order ID, reason, and photos if applicable.
- We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We may arrange pickup or ask you to ship via a designated courier.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Bank or Razorpay processing times may add a few extra days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping may be deducted or borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in your return approval.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative of equal value.
7. Cancellations before dispatch
Orders cancelled before shipping receive a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules in India.
